Kyron has some play time with some strange textures, while Mom works in the kitchen.
She doesn't just 'stay at home' though, she works very hard and in the midst of working hard still finds time to create simple but meaningful experiences for the kids. It also amazes me how intentional she is with it too, how professional she takes her role as Mom. In my professional life I try to read and stay educated about business and education issues/concepts that are important to my work. My wife sets a good example for me to follow and strive to mirror. She is constantly reading, learning, and challenging herself with parenting and family books spending hours a week on her own professional development. It's awesome commitment!
She's far from perfect, but her efforts to be the best Mom she can be are a model for those of us who don't 'stay at home' in how we can effort to be the best teacher/accountant/lawyer/doctor/professional we can be....and then be thankful our job isn't as hard as a 'stay at home' mom. :-)
